I can not accept that framing the mod that i have worked together with my friends and colleagues for approximately 10 years and you are claiming that i use assets that belongs from Hunt Down The Freeman, this means that you did not spend 1 minute looking at it's directories as well. Most of our assets are made from valve and the rest of them either from us and 3rd parties which have been already credited in the readme.txt file and it was already being referenced. We did not took anything from your game at all not even a 1 single asset or any file then Berkan leaves the game as a lead dev and somehow and god knows what did you cook in order to take his place but you are claiming that you are the owner of this project let me tell you something Gabriel or should i call you M3SA. You are not the creator of Hunt Down The Freeman the creator is Berkan Denizyaran you are only fixing your own mess that you did on the game before and you clean them. The mess that you did was intentionally to ruin the reputation of Berkan and you changed the Royal Radius Entertainment's name into Royal Rudius Entertainment, that's nothing than a spit at a boat that was giving you an income as a breadwinner. Do you know who's the disgusting person most ? You Gabriel. And i claim that Gabriel Sumner and group aka Royal Rudius is an impostor of Royal Radius Entertainment. Also if it is because of the head of the Mitchell it was already leaked all this time from Garry's mod workshop from SFM workshop from everywhere i suggest you, do not come and frame our mod for this especially DMCA. You deserve DMCA as well but i am not going to waste my time just like you throwing dozens of reports for DMCA but i am going to push all of the limits until you leave this project alone do not ever come after us :)
If you want to stop this mess the only thing you can do is negotiate with me but i am not going to let you takedown the file you want a credit then talk to me from discord say all the garbage you like and i will say mine and the business is business. You can go back on the old youtube and look at the name of the company, you can look up the business license and finds its the same thing. I have downloaded each hdtf2.zip you have posted and found the same files in it that you are illegally sharing, that's why each time you've posted this somewhere, IT'S BEEN TAKEN DOWN. I'm not going to join your discord and engage you in conversation when you are so disconnected from what is actually going on. You're a full grown adult, you should not be acting like like a child. Yeah, literally it takes 1 minute to find the LLC incorporation Mehmet, I never changed the name of the company. I don't know who told you I was the cause of the problems that hdtf has, but I can safely say I wasn't because;
1. The game released because of me and another LD's work. I worked with berkan in his apartment to get the game off the ground, working 16 hours a day for months more than I was contracted to.
2. Berkan wanted to make me co-director, but I turned him down because he never paid me for my work on HDTF, which is somewhere near $3.5k today. He tried to talk me into working on HDTF dlc, and I turned him down.
You can think anything you want, but you have no idea what was going on behind the scenes. I have recorded calls, pictures of our "office", and I worked 4 feet away from Berkan to release hdtf.
Finally you are speaking some facts so ? What was all that about bullying and making fun of me and including my team with you and your members ? And why would i show you a respect after all this time tell me some logical reasons and maybe i will credit you but not as Royal Rudius but as Royal Radius.
When we worked on Hunt Down The Freeman 2 we were doing everything from distance and we also ripping our ***** just like yours and what's the relevance between the berkan's build and your build then ? Some of the voice assets of HDTF has been used in other communities especially in workshop how come it gives you a jurisdiction ?
We were doing everything without the need of the money all we trust was the silly crap of the source engine software stuff that were not receiving any updates for fixes, no quality work at all. We were cooking the quality depending on our own hands
Therefore i am not the man as people in all source engine community who have described me in a sense of bad and making jokes from my back. In a sense you shouldn't have problems having conversation with me
You dox other people in the source community, you try and dox me by posting my full name here, you've tried to raid our server multiple times, you've ban evaded several times just to cause peoples, you've used other people to post pro-hdtf2 content in the server. Why on earth would I give you any respect after you've done all of the above?
Other people post hdtf related things because they give credit, you have literally no credits towards HDTF from the stuff you've used. Just because someone has posted copyrighted content, doesn't allow you to take that content and repost it. It amazes me that I have to explain basic law to you.
And what exactly that basic law is ? That was irony i know certainly it is my mistake that my assumption was the file from gmod workshop i should ask that to my other colleague a long ago before proceeding to further steps, do you guys know that what were you guys really done to me in fact i did not care to go into your server unless if i had no choice of doing what you are cooking and saying back about me therefore there wouldn't be an evasion of bans and attempts of "raids" if this **** didn't happen and i wouldn't even take any visit or a comeback, nobody is doxing you and people is not this much stupid including their name in the credits. I put my name and surname in the credits of my own mod including one of my colleagues who is a co-lead too because he wanted and as well as me this mod is our flag and badge that resemble us it is not like other's you cannot understand this bond but i guess you understand now.
I am a man who believes that these issues can be overcome by a dm conversation through a discord and i strongly believe that we can reach an agreement :)
