Due to a batch of factors, mostly me being very very busy, Defcon has been delayed to November 22. I would have liked to release on the 15th, but there just wasn't enough time to do the mod justice. The Defcon that will be released on the 22nd will be even more polished, and something I will be glad to call the release version, rather than something rushed to meet my arbitrary deadline. I'll try to get more info out and such. Again, sorry about the delay.
