I was just thinking you could silently approach the zombie,
plant a nuke and leave...then press the button...boum.

In fact, do you remember the giant tentacles in HL1?
Only Sounds would help him in finding the survivors...
When he gets closer (less than 3 or 2 meters), he can see you...
