As a result of our recent publicity, we have managed to attract some more talented individuals into the Apprehension team.

BlackoutGFX and Realmer are our new Webmasters, and they are already hard at work on creating a new website to replace the official Apprehension website.

We are also joined by oXYnary, a very talented artist. His first task is to flesh out the Heavy roamer assult craft concept so that we can get it into the game as soon as possible. He has a very impressive online portfolio. While you are looking at portfolios, check out Chad Self's portfolio. As another of our artists, the home base model shown in the screenshots exploding is his.

Lilguy and I are working to make the code base stable and clean. As this mod has been quietly in development for over a year now (and origionally for UT2003), some of the code is a little 'out of date'. This should set us up with a strong foundation moving ahead.

We are all feeling very good about our recent progress, and confidence is very high that the first release of Apprehension will be public within 8 months. After that, the Apprehension team will gather community feedback and then continue to add to the complexity of the game by adding further structures, droids, vechicles and weapons.

If you are interested in helping us, we are still very keen to bring on new talent. If you are seriously committed to mod development (and have at least 10 hours a week every week to spend on it), please see our help wanted section. Currently, we are looking for Mappers, Artists, and possibly another coder.
