This mod addon is a global plot addition to the Red Rising 3.3 mod, which tells about the near alternative reality, where Europe and Russia are swept by a wave of disagreement among representatives of countries, which translates into a civil and, possibly, World War 3. The endless flow of migrants from the Middle East, the aggravation of the criminal situation in countries, the endless empty promises of the authorities about a better life, the erratic increase in corruption and the decrease in the level of freedom and life in the countries of Europe and Russia by 2020 lead to full-scale uprisings in the territories of countries, civil wars, unrest and as a consequence, to a real civil war. Most popular uprisings and conflicts erupt on the territory of the Russian Federation in the winter of 2020 after the new president came to power in 2018 and the top of the current government. The new gentlemen of the Russian Federation began to pursue a criminal policy within the country, raising taxes impossible, establishing total monitoring of the population and identifying dissidents, but at the same time, simplifying the acquisition of citizenship for residents of underdeveloped countries, increasing their income from new citizens, spending it on the army, police and propaganda, sucking the last penny out of people. After a year of adopting a new policy, a large number of ordinary Russian people, workers, employees of all spheres, began to form partisan formations to fight this regime, later, this partisan movement grew into a huge opposition force, and after that, a civil war broke out in Russia. You can take part in individual missions of the civil war in Russia in 2021 by accepting one of the belligerents (later there will be their description and concepts, as well as all the main sides of the supplement), fight in the hot sands of the Middle East and in European countries, trample the snowball in the snowy mountains of China and go the way of a real soldier and hero in the main company of the addon. I want to note that the emphasis is placed directly on the plot component of the modification rather than on the multiplayer, so the development of missions is a priority of this supplement and will cover most of the development. The addon takes part of the concept of the modification of Cold War, namely that part with the invention of an effective and relatively cheap method of destroying nuclear weapons, which allows you to conduct combat operations and maneuvers directly, directly and provides many opportunities for realizing your tactical skills in battle.
Awakening of Europe, is also a good attempt to try to expand the realism in the game, making battles more or less realistic, as far as the engine of the GEM 2 game allows. Also, I try to pay great attention to the balance so that the game process does not translate into infantry shooting from armored vehicles, giving an advantage in battle. Now a tank or an armored vehicle without cover and an unsuccessful choice of position can become an easy target for enemy calculations of anti-tank vehicles and infantry with RPGs. I also want to note that units use more competent tactics in their actions, and fights unfold at longer distances than in the original. Some textures have undergone some changes, fitting the visual and component of objects to modern realities and making addon maps more perceived and atmospheric.
I can say about the fact that I tried to tighten the sound component of the addon, a lot of high-quality voice acting was added to many weapons, environments, effects and speech of soldiers, now it will be nice to hear how all types of weapons of this mod are fired, how soldiers swear during the battle and just enjoy great music while completing missions.
Many 3D models and objects were taken from other modifications, which will be indicated in a text file inside the mod, for which I express my deep gratitude to their authors. But their achievements and models are present in the supplement, so there is some uniqueness in this aspect of the addon!

Данный мод-аддон является глобальным сюжетным дополнением к моду Red Rising 3.3, рассказывающий про недалёкую альтернативную реальность, где Европу и Россию охватывает волна разногласий среди представителей стран, что выливается в гражданскую и, возможно, в 3-ю Мировую войну. Нескончаемый поток мигрантов с ближнего востока, усугубление криминальной обстановки в странах, бесконечные пустые обещания властей о лучшей жизни, беспорядочный рост коррупции и снижение уровня свобод и жизни в странах Европы и России к 2020 году приводят к полномасштабным восстаниям по территориям стран, междуусобицам, беспорядкам и, как следствие, к настоящей гражданской войне. Больше всего народные восстания и конфликты вспыхивают на территории Российской Федерации зимой 2020 года после прихода к власти в 2018 году нового президента и верхушки действующей власти. Новые господы РФ начали вести преступную политику внутри страны, повышая до нельзя налоги, устанавливая тотальный мониторинг населения и выявления инакомыслящих, но наряду с этим, упрощая получение гражданства для жителей малоразвитых стран, наращивая свой доход от новых граждан, тратя его на армию, полицию и пропаганду, высасывая из людей последние копейки. После года принятия новой политики, большое количество обычных русских людей, рабочих, служащих всех сфер, начали формировать партизанские соединения для борьбы с данным режимом, позже, это партизанское движение переросло в огромную оппозиционную силу, а после, в России началась гражданская война. Вы можете принять участие в отдельных миссиях гражданской войны в России 2021 года, приняв одну их воюющих сторон (позже будет их описание и концепции, как и всех основных сторон дополнения), повоевать в горячих песках Ближнего Востока и на территории Европейских стран, потоптать снежок в заснеженных горах Китая и пройти путь настоящего солдата и героя в главной компании аддона. Хочу отметить, что ставка делается, непосредственно, на сюжетную составляющую модификации, нежели на мультиплеер, так что разработка миссий является приоритетом данного дополнения и будет охватывать бoльшую часть разработки. Аддон берёт часть концепции модификации Cold War, а именно ту часть с изобретением эффективного и относительно дешевого способа уничтожения средств ядерного нападения, что позволяет вести боевые действия и маневры, непосредственно, напрямую и даёт множество возможностей для реализации своих тактических навыков в бою.
Awakening of Europe, так же, является неплохой попыткой попробовать расширение реализма в игре, делая бои более-менее реалистичными, насколько это позволяет движок игры GEM 2. Так же, я стараюсь огромное внимание уделить балансу, чтобы сам процесс игры не выливался в расстрел пехоты из бронированной техники, давая преимущество в бою. Теперь танк или бронированная машина без прикрытия и неудачного выбора позиции может стать лёгкой мишенью для вражеских расчётов ПТО и пехотинцев с РПГ. Хочу так же отметить, что юниты используют более грамотную тактику в своих действиях, а бои разворачиваются на более дальних расстояниях, чем в оригинале. Некоторым изменениям и подверглись некоторые текстуры, подгоняющие визуальную и составляющую объектов под современные реалии и делающие карты аддона более воспринимаемыми и атмосферными.
Могу сказать и про то, что я постарался подтянуть и звуковую составляющую аддона, многому оружию, окружению, эффектам и речи солдат было добавлено много качественной озвучки, теперь будет приятно слышать, как стреляют все виды вооружения данного мода, как ругаются солдаты во время боя и просто насладиться отличной музыкой во время прохождения миссий.
Многие 3D модели и объекты были взяты из других модификаций, которые будут указаны в текстовом файле внутри мода, за что выражаю огромную благодарность их авторам. Но и свои наработки и модели присутствуют в дополнении, так что некая уникальность в этом аспекте аддона есть!
