awesome! I love that new one, hope it still the same feeling im getting when i play the game..
like conquest, it was awesome but then the singleplayer gets bored
great bout damn time
cool
Probably rated M, of course. I don't think Tolkien wanted THAT much blood in a game... still, looks pretty cool.
lol
hope there will be a war in the south. Or a war for arda(the 1st war to the war of wraith).
Saw the trailer, sure it looks awesome, but I got a rather bad experience about LOTR games (especially Conquest.
Anyhow, just wait and see...
"hope it turns out well, if not, ok then"
By the way, can't someone force that bastards to make an LOTR RPG or something that takes place in the 1st age? Would love to kick Morgoth around (and Feanor's sons of course)
:O feanor's sons were the bomb! id rather kick thingol around doriath :P
Thingol would turf you out of the forest rather quickly. :P
hope you get to explore all of middle earth lol not just in the north
The North would be quite enough to keep programmers busy for years, if they had a sense of scale.
Of course, distances would have to be scaled down quite a bit, since otherwise it would literally take DAYS to move your character across the map... unless there was a fast travel feature...
lord of the rings online is really big its up in the north for right now.. preety big without there exspantion packs 2 but with them its even more big... so hopefully these guys take it to a whole new level and make it huge

When you say the people behind Baldur's Gate, do you mean BioWare?
So, a Lord of the Rings RPG..... developed by BioWare.
Someone pinch me.
I want to ask something: The gameplay would be the same as lotr conqouest or you ll choose from the beginning a hero and finish the game with him?
