- Call of Duty: Combined Warfare has bugs. What mod doesn't? What GAME doesn't have bugs?
- I released a fully enjoyable mod with all guns replaced, custom voiceovers, a brand new feature with alot more teams, and i had much more planned for the mod.
- Yet you guys complain that it's not good. Sure, some think it's a good mod and some enjoy it, and find bugs and tell me kindly, but the other half goes hostile, saying the mod is not good, it shouldn't be uploaded, and the bugs should have been fixed in the first place.
- Yes, i admit, i didn't playtest every inch of the mod so i could eliminate every little bug i could find. I wanted to release the mod hopefully before Half-Life 3 would be released in 2142. (See what i did there?)
- I've tried my best to create the best mod i could come up with, and work for the most part alone on. Yet i get attacked for it.
- The Call of Duty community is a hostile place. I have decided to move on and away from the Call of Duty community.
- Both versions of Combined Warfare and all versions of Combined Warfare will be available to download here, but all mods on this page will not be worked on anymore, which means no more fixing bugs, no more patches and no more support from me.
- I am not going to give the source code for any of the mods away to anybody, no matter what they decide to pay me, so do not bother.
- Am i blaming anybody? Yes, i am blaming everybody that is a huge dick in the CoD community, which is basically 90% of the community itself.

Next to that, who exactly was complaining about the bugs in the mod. There were only about 2-3 people complaining about the XP cheat on the mod page. Maybe a bunch of people private messaged him and complained about the mod but from what I know, its only a few people who really complained.
The rest really we're just asking for help, new at installing mods for COD, or just had poor English.

You did a really really good job and all mods that you have created are fully enjoyable but some stupid people with low IQ that want things to be perfect ruin the modding community ...

Once a program reaches version 1.0 it's essentially finished and anyone is able to use it. The guy criticizing you about releasing a mod with bugs probably thought you intended to release it as a completed version.
If you feel like modding CoD is making your life worse off, then I agree with you that you should stop. And thanks for making what you already did. Barring that though, there were only 2 or 3 trolls out of the 300 people who downloaded your mod. Can't you just let someone else moderate the comments for you, and not let the mod go to waste?

Your current attitude have no purpose whatsoever, it does nothing good for anyone, trolls wouldn't give a ****, they will always be here, and it does nothing for reducing your butthurt, at most it will confirm to these trolls that you are a bad modder since you're actually not fixing the mod.
Every mod have bugs and such, so deal with it and try to fix them instead of hiding your head in the ground, and without being too ****** about people reporting them, no matter how bitching they are about that, the point still stands.
Honestly this kind of posts shows me how immature and childish you are, and since this isn't the first time I'm really giving up about seeing you grow up, it doesn't matter what you do, it could be the best and most perfect mod in the world but if you go mad for such little things you are doomed, think about it.
PS: I'm a modder too, and I had a lot of "trolls" against me, however I like my work and I don't create mods only for the others, noone pays me and noone forces me so I create mods because I like doing it, I love seeing my creation grow up and shine, so the trolls have no word on the development of my mods, they can annoy me but nothing more, but mostly: "Why I should stop doing what I like because of some trolls?" Don't let them have so much control on you.

You have to blame only yourself for letting yourself being manipulated so easily by some trolls, think about how unnecessarily high consideration you give to their words and about how much you let them bend you, be stronger and learn to ignore all this drama, grow up basically, bacause what you are doing right now is playing exactly their game, proving that you're childish, let your work speak for you instead of being so butthurt.

I also think you should continue your job, your mods is growing every version, can not dexistir because of critics, can not throw your work out, I enter this page to see the progress of your mod every day, and many most do it too, the great men of humanity were not giving up, you like what you do and is very creative and dedicated, 8 friends are playing every day, all told me that this mod was great fun and very creative, do the mod for the 10% who admire his work, forget the 90% that either bothers you, hug.

I never had an issue with any of your mods. I understand that a big percentage of COD`s fanbase are dicks, but letting these dicks get the best of you makes you look weaker than the dicks themselves. Your mods give me a reason to keep COD4 installed and you have talent with you being able to do these kinds of mods alone.
