In the new version of the Improved EU3 mod there will be a event that the country Moscow will get a big boost because when you play not Moscow you see that the AI is very stupid with Moscow and the Event will make it also easier for the Player to get a big country. Maybe i will change some things of the shogunate in japan and some other changes.
