Well, it's the 2nd day of 2006! Another year has passed, and I can imagine you guys would like to see what we have in the making for NAM: TIR. For today, we've got two renders of our weapons in their beta stages. The first is a CAR-15, and the second is an Ithaca 37. And before you complain

Well, it's the 2nd day of 2006! Another year has passed, and I can imagine you guys would like to see what we have in the making for NAM: TIR. For today, we've got two renders of our weapons in their beta stages. The first is a CAR-15, and the second is an Ithaca 37. And before you complain about the accuracy of the weapons, please remember that they're in the early beta stages, and there's still more work to come!

ITHACA 37 CAR-15

Anyway, enjoy and have a good year!

Sincerely,

Ok, the CAR-15: The sights are wrong, the front handle is wrong shape, some of the detail looks made up, there is no trigger, heaps of smoothing errors, looks way too fat, the barrel is wrong(not long enough) , the stock looks like crap and the whole model in general could use a lot more detail.

Ithaca 37: Without even looking at any reference I can tell that this is wrong...You made an attempt at what I think is an ejection port on the right of the shotgun, no place for shells to be inserted, you have no form of ironsights and basically the gun hardly has much else to point out considering how low detail it is, this is cod2 not bloody half-life 1.

Whoever modeld this needs to research his guns more, even with a good skin these will look really bad in game, they will most probably look like toys. I know what you said about theres work to come, however to get these models correct you would probably have to start again.

Keep trying though, don't give up!
