modDB.com and Valve would like to hold a contest for Half Life II. The game is getting closer and closer to the shelves and we felt you deserved the chance to show off Half Life II. 8 people will be walking away with a Half Life II t-shirt and poster. All you have to do is enter the contest and win!
Rules:
- Must use the modDB slogan and Half Life II slogan and logo's
- Screen Resolutions need to be "800 x 600" and "1024 x 768"

Suppose 300 menbers participate, suppose use 1 hour each to draw the poster, suppose 10 $ mantime hour: 3000 $ versus,.. What?... a 5 $ T-Shirt?. I may kill for a free copy of HL2, but I already have t-shirts. The prize is too low.
Agreed. But I will participate anyway, because I enjoy making wallpapers, even if they usually end up pretty sucky.
Not everything has to be about money and your negative view of our contest.
And its not about being the biggest moddb contest. It's just a simple thing. If you want a free t-shirt, have a go at a wallpaper.
