After quite some time we finally have the resources to update this gem to the newest OS support.

- Updated Frameworks for modern Windows environments and Android devices
- new faction "The Demons" with 14 new unit cards
- expanded the SP Ai games to now offer all 7 faction decks as matches (RNG)
- reworked "2 players on device local mode" to now have matches out of all 7 faction decks
- rerendered all animation to now sony AVC coded and dropping WMP Codec 9 for good (Android 9+ does not support that anymore)
- updated file structure
- some little more
