what if... General Grievous was survived the battle on Utapau, and Palpatine was initiated Great Jedi Purge but on Mustafar Anakin was killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi. Soon is formed Rebel alliance and General Grievous was launched his droid army with some new droid ships and with some old and some new separatist allies.
So we have weak Empire (without Darth Vader), relatively strong Rebel alliance (with some defected republic/empire fleets) and new powerfull droid army.
