Ok we have 2 news:

First, we have renovated our page. Besides the new look, changed the Media section, there are a lot of new screenshots there, you can also download the DM_Prison map for UT2003's deathmatch. It's quite nice to play actualy, Warhawk did a great job there. Also, the About section has been modified, it's worth to take a peek. You can check the Team section, it's been modified too. Now, we have 22 team-members.

The second and much bigger news is that we have switched engines. Yes you heard it right, from now on Parallel Future is a Half-life 2 mod. Some of you will be thrilled about this, some of you will grumble that this project will never se the bright light in the sky. You ask why we switched the engine? Well, it was a lot of things, that was draging us to HL2, but the most importaint one was that now we can do a better job, because HL2 is more sutable for us. Sure, there will be a lot of our previous work thrown away and we'll have to start over again, but we want to make this game a supreeme game and not just any mod out there. Another thing about the shifting of engines: HL2 supports singleplayer modes too. Yes, now, we can do the SP story together with the MP. We are only planning and preparing for it, but im most certain that the SP will also come to birth someday. :)

And, for all you UT2003 fans out there: Don't worry, we will put out alpha version, so you'll be able to play it.

Besides the engine switch, we have also changed our concept of Multiplayer and a lot of weapons will be changed, some added. We are also making new concept art, so some weapons will be different. For more info about changes, take a peek in our new About section ;)

Okay, that's about enough. Enjoy the page and if you have any questions, the forum is the right place.

well we know that 22 members is a lot for a mod team, but then again our project is quite big, so we need all the help we can get :)
