PlanetHalfLife just got word from Dave White (the big cahuna at IGN/GameSpy) that comes straight from Andy Burnes at ATi:
"The ATI key holders will receive the Bronze package. There will be the opportunity to upgrade packages, but the cost has not yet been announced."

This is for the voucher that came with some new ATI cards. If you own an ATI card, you can get any package you want, but the voucher gets you this.
