ARMA 2 has found a new home on Desura! Along with it's expansions and mod support in the near future there is no reason not to dive into the worlds best military simulator!

A hardcore military simulator that allows the player to carry out the many different roles of a soldier in combat zones. Its campaign takes place in the 225 square-kilometre fictional ex-soviet state of Chernarus where a bloody conflict is taking place.

ARMA 2: British Armed Forces

Two months after the Allied military victory in Takistan, the new government is restoring the war-torn country. NATO forces assisting in this effort face the threat of insurgency, waged by the remnants of the defeated Takistani army in the mountaineous regions of Takistan. Company team of British paratroopers patrolling the treacherous mountains in Zargabad's vicinity is ordered to battle the amassing guerilla warriors.

ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead

Three years after the conflict in Chernarus, portrayed in the original Arma 2, a new flashpoint explodes in the Green Sea Region. Coalition forces led by the US Army are deployed to Takistan to quickly restore peace and prevent further civilian casualties.

ARMA 2: Private Military Company

Private military contractors shoulder the burden of the increased workload, with competition rising between the multinational organisations for lucrative security contracts. Private Military Company, ION, Inc. successfully bid for a contract - codenamed Black Gauntlet - to provide security for a UN investigation team as they seek to piece together information regarding Takistan's abandoned nuclear weapons programme.

Operation Arrowhead should come before British Armed Forces (just for chronological reasons), but other than that, great!

Armaholic I find difficult to navigate a lot of the time so it'll be good if Desura can offer it better.

It doesn't matter if its pirated or not.

In real life there is thing thing called the laws of physics, and over large distances, bullets tend to drop due to gravity. ARMA realisticly portrais this real life physics. This isnt CoD -.-

Actually it does. Apparently the DRM measure for Arma 2 causes your game to get very goofy, that's what I heard at least.

Bullet drop. The only time a bullet in ArmA 2 wont hit its target, is when the player either lags(In Multiplayer)or if he is shot and the arms cant hold up the weight due to the weight. This isn't Call of Duty, lol
