I don't know yet but hopefuly this gamemode will be released later this year if everything goes right.(2010)
Will this gamemode cost anything?
No, it will cost nothing at all, but you will need garry's mod.
Will this gamemode be singleplayer?
It's going to be a multiplayer gamemode only.
Plus if you are a person who does not like to download everything by the server then download the HALF LIFE RENAISSANCE PACK it contains some of the monsters and weapons that will be ingame.
