I'm glad to present to you the new improved "Back to the Roots" mission using the new sewers model. (Note: this is still not finalized and may differ in the release version)
The safehouse in Newport is fully functional.
The next thing that I would work on will be the new mission for the "phone guy" in Portland called "Delivery".
