yes it is, it has no detail in cod either apart from the texture having some scratches on it and being way darker.
I think it's too shiny.

the shiny texture is created by the cubmap applied to it, nothing i can do.
you should take some ingame screens of it, with correct cubemaps.
That shiny-cubemap tex is the standart HLMV cubemap ;)
