This guy was a cut shop keep from majora's mask he looks like the potion shop guy from oot but he has legs on majora's mask the model was in the game we restored it! we also restored a bunch of npcs that were going to shop up at the milk bar like the Shooting Gallery owner
were redoing things from scratch because the other rom is not in en what does this mean? it means you will be able to understand what the game says the downside is we have a bit less content to work with but its alot easier on us and you
