Here's what this mod is dedicated to.
The first proof of Italian influence in Albania was in the M1909 uniforms, supplied by Italy in the 1920s, which became part of Albanian military clothing, whose difference was in the collars (the Italian colors were removed) and the insertion of Albanian patents, being bars for positions such as private, corporal and sergeant and stars for the other high ranks.
