Small patch to fix a couple issues from the 0.95 release.

Install the main mod first the merge this files. Overwrite when asked.
Changelog:
-Changed prices to hire Ghoul Callers (1000 -> 300), Clerics (600 -> 300) and Geistcallers (1200 -> 400);
-Added a new music track (credits to Derek & Brandon Fiechter);
-Removed the "Conjure Lich" spellbook from the lich vendor. Liches are now only avaible by upgrading nercromancers;
-Changed most summon spells to not be usable on horseback;-Added some elite troops to the starting garrisons of faction capitals to make them a little harder to be conquered in the early game;
-Fixed Hinterlands Fortress siege scene;-Fixed Manhunters and Mercenary Warbands not attacking properly;
-Nerfed the undead summoned by using "Undead Horde" and "Summon Risen dead";
-Fixed AOR recruiter not allowing you to hire their troops even you were lord of their castle;
-Fixed a condition bug with merchant npcs;
-Some minor spelling/Grammar fixes.
