Finally i also released the Game Starter mod on ModDB. This little but powerful Programm allows you to adujst some cool settings, which impove the gameplay massivly. Because this is the version 2.0 Beta (pretty final) you can read the recent changes below.
Description
Version A for Windows 7, you may need version B if the ressource settings or Resolutions or other options dont work.
