I would continue, but the lack of help is something bad (at the beginning of the development of mod, i had 2 friends who was helping me, but they moved on to other projects), because i have to do everything myself and there are still thousands of textures to do.

How do you install the "extras"? There is no info for them
Just move the folder of what you want to use in the modloader folder.
What inside the folder called files? I have to say this mod is packaged very badly and confusingly. nothing is loading properly for me and I believe it is the way you have structured these archives causing mod loader to not know where to put the textures.
Inside the "Files" there is the texture files, you simply just need to move this folder to the modloader folder. I'm planning to update this mod with a better read-me because it doesn't explain everything.

is CLEO needed? or is this textures only? EDIT: i followed the instructions to the letter. it does not work for me. i get a message saying "the procedure entry point shgetknownfolderpath could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll" mod loader does not work either. i used the links in the "read here" for the 3 requirements. i have GTAVC V1.0 physical cd rom, (NOT pirated) WinXP SP 3, gforce 9800 gt 512mb, amd X2 core 3.1 ghz, 4gb (xp registers 3gb) sys ram. i tried using CLEO instead of the ASI loader. nothing. do i have to update VC to V1.1?
