Hi this mod was made to bring you Vic Vance, the GTA Vice City Stories main character. Since I can't do moddeling, I've decided to retexture the whole player from GTA San Andreas with Vic Vance textures, since GTA SA has many clothes and haircuts, and GTA VCS don't I needed to remake every single clothing file and every haircut file too, based on Vic Vance skin tone (darker than CJ). So here it is, download the FINAL mod wich includes all clothes hairstyles, and even GTA Vice City hawaiian shirt from Tommy, Prision outfit with GTA III xbox textures (replaces garage suit) , GTA VCS dogtag and all VIC Vance's outfits, Vic vance black watch, some gta IV, GTA TBOGT, GTA EFLC, and Bully SE clothes are in this mod too..I Hope you like this mod, in the future I will make better mods, because I improve each time I make a new one.. I only can say: ENJOY ;) PS: At the NEW GAME start CJ will not start BALD HEAD (like Vic Vance), you'll need to unlock the barber shop to wear BALD haircut.

Download this mod on the addons section and comment what you think about it, I recommend to use this mod with other GTA VCS mods EX: GTA VCS hud, weather, weapons, etc. I know this doesn't have .dff models, it's only textures, but they fit well on this player mod.
