Buffs bullet time usage with 7 different levels of effectiveness to choose from.
These following multipliers are based on Medium difficulty. Every modded option is static and shared between all difficulties.
Vanilla Easy Difficulty Equivalent

**There is an alternate Max Payne 2-style version which is the same as the default version + shoot-dodging no longer drains bullet time.
Installation
1. Extract the contents of this mod somewhere.
2. Open Max Payne 3 with Open IV.
3. Activate Edit Mode.
4. Navigate to common.rpf>data and replace globalsettings.xml with one of the options provided by this mod.
5. Navigate to update.rpf>common>data and do the same as above.
^ MUST BE THE SAME FILE YOU USED TO REPLACE IN COMMON.RPF. DO NOT MIX ANY OF THE 7 options TOGETHER.

In mission XI, there is a bug, in the place when we catch the soldier and slide down the rope, unfortunately after one shot is taken, Max lets the guy and fallin down. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it, because using the ∞ Bullet Time in a trainer has the same effect :(.
Is there a mod out there or someone who can entirely remove bullet time, slow motion and slow hit cutscenes from the game AND change the crosshair from a dot to a normal one? This would make the game hardcore.
