Makes simple tweaks to improve bullet time usage with 5 different levels of effectiveness to choose from.

Global Passive
Bullet Time drain is static and no longer increases on higher difficulties.
This applies to all versions listed below.

These following multipliers are based on Medium difficulty. Every modded option is static and shared between all difficulties.

Vanilla Easy Difficulty Equivalent
1.25x Bullet-Time Gain

Moderate
2.5x Bullet-Time Gain

High
5x Bullet-Time Gain

Extreme
10x Bullet-Time Gain

Infinite
99x Bullet-Time Gain
Removed Bullet-Time Drain

Max Payne 2 Style Version: Shoot-Dodging does not drain your bullet time meter + all options already mentioned above. It also now just comes with the main download and is no longer seperated.

Installation

1. Extract the contents of the mod somewhere.
2. Open Max Payne 3 with Open IV.
3. Activate Edit Mode.
4. Open "update.rpf" and drag the entire "common" folder from the version you want to use into that location.

If you want to make sure the mod is installed properly, navigate to:

"update.rpf>common>data" and open up "globalsettings.xml"

Next to "<Singleplayer>" there should be an indicator of what version you installed.
For instance: "<SinglePlayer><!--BT Mod: Extreme-->"

In mission XI, there is a bug, in the place when we catch the soldier and slide down the rope, unfortunately after one shot is taken, Max lets the guy and fallin down. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it, because using the ∞ Bullet Time in a trainer has the same effect :(.

Is there a mod out there or someone who can entirely remove bullet time, slow motion and slow hit cutscenes from the game AND change the crosshair from a dot to a normal one? This would make the game hardcore.
