Have you TRIED UTXMP yet? I promise it is impossible to find boring. Think VCTF but with no flying vehicles, and 2 artifacts instead of 1 flag (the artifacts are WAAAY cooler), and you need to control the various generators in the field so that your team will have the energy it needs for various technologies to come online or to remain online such as auto turrets, rocket turrets, trip mines, land mines, manned turrets & even vehicles. It is also necessary to control enough energy to even have the ability to capture the enemies artifacts. Your team also needs to control deploy points in various locations about the map so that when fragged you can get back to the strategically important areas of the map as quickly as possible. Deploy points are usually offset in their timing so you can choose to respawn sooner or later depending on how long you are willing to wait.

When you have been fragged in this game, you can be revived by a team mate also so you really have incentive to work as a diversified team together instead of innumerable self interested Rambo's running around like chickens without heads. To add even more depth, there are 3 classes of characters you can choose to spawn as at any given spawn/respawn; Ranger, Tech or Gunner, each with unique abilities and weaponry. A Ranger will revive you with many health-points restored whereas any other class CAN revive you it will be with only 1 health-point (You can find a ranger and be healed or get on a supply station).

MOVEMENT: All Classes have the ability to really move. Some faster than others. All have JUMP JETS as well which REALLY makes this game amazing when you start getting used to how to use them. Movement in this mod is different from others not just because of Jump Jets, but also because of the Uber-Cool "SPRINT KEY"... Combine sprint key with Jump Jets and Wall Dodges and you have THE MOST AMAZING movement experience you have ever had within any game ever. Know how to wall jump from Unreal? RANGERS: provide health packs or when they "Hack" their team-mate they heal them (same effect but Supply packs for the various classes require that your team has enough energy). Rangers are the lightly armored dudes (female model now available). They move the fastest and their weapons consist of; Sniper Rifle (Primary is unzoomed 3 shot CANNON. Alt brings up clean scope with zoom set to mouse wheel again 3 shot CANNON. This does massive damage) Pistol (Primary is fast action single shots with large clips and bangs like a Desert Eagle of the future, Alt produces a 3 shot burst that hits HARD, great finishing weapon or main. It hurts!) & Shock Lance (Primary fire does little damage at all but works on deployables noted below. Alt fire produces energy sphere that kills deployables, vehicles and players alike.). Grenade launcher. (Primary - Assault Grenade good damage vs Enemies, deployables and turrets. Alt fire - Smoke Cloud). Perfect for providing cover against vehicles or manned turrets. Even when infiltrating enemy base or as diversionary tactic to draw enemy towards the smoke and away from elsewhere.

TECHS: provide armor packs or when they "Hack" their team-mate they repair them (same effect but Supply packs for the various classes require that your team has enough energy). Techs are the mid armored dudes (no female model yet available). They move the 2nd fastest and their weapons consist of; Assault Rifle (Primary Machine gun style- ALT blasts a explosive missile at them), ShotGun (Primary has extended midrange - ALT is short range and devastating while producing fire and enemies are blinded with their body on fire temporarily) & Various Deployables (which require energy): Auto Turret, Rocket Turret & ForceWalls (laser beam barrier walls to quardon off your turf etc.). All Classes have a Grenade launcher with primary fire and secondary fire effects: Tech Primary - EMP Blast (Lightening bomb... kills technology in a flash and enemy's too if they are hit), Tech Secondary - Poison GAS Cloud (VERY VERY Effective at closing the distance behind you in a hallway etc or as a direct assault or as a defense for your energy or your artifacts etc.).

GUNNERS: provide Ammo/Supply packs or when they "Hack" their team-mate they re-supply them (same effect but Supply packs for the various classes require that your team has enough energy). Gunners are the Heavily armored dudes (female model not yet available for the Gunner). They move the slowest (on foot but they can fly... read the Grenade Launcher spec below) and their weapons consist of; Rocket Launcher (ALT-fire has 4 Lock-on-hunter-seekers), Flame Thrower (Devestating, blinds the flaming enemy - ALT-fire lays down a grease-slick/napalm film which burst into flame upon contact) & various deployables (Land Mines & Trip Mines which consume energy so be careful using deployables). All Classes have a Grenade launcher with primary fire and secondary fire effects: Gunner Primary - Incindiary Fire Bomb (Think HIGHLY localized nuclear bomb with beautiful flames going up instead of mushroom cloud), Gunner Secondary - Concussion/Blinding grenade that can throw vehicles at enemies! - USED PROPERLY THIS TOOL ALLOWS THE GUNNER TO LITERALLY FLY ACROSS THE MAP-

All said and done, this is a mod with amazing and fantastic, intense and futuristic warfare.
