This modded version of the gamewas created by modyfing source code for Urban Chaos which was made public by Mike Diskett. The mod showcase has been posted on my youtube page. readme contains installation instructions. Mod includes various fixes but most importantly focuses on adding more debug commands. I tested this mod only on my PC which operates on windows 10 and it is possible that it won't work on older OS. Feel free to contact me and give suggestions for future mods and/or report bugs. Have fun!
