Welp. What can I say? This mod quite literally unsupers your shotgun. It removes one of the barrels and effectively halfs the ammo usage. Will this break the weapon balance? Probably. Idk. I just know how to unsuper shotguns. I'm a simple man with simple tastes. I see shotgun. I unsuper shotgun. That's all there is to it.
