Unholy Wars is a modification for Diablo 2 - Lords of Destruction, version 1.11b. It's a rather simple mod - a bunch of small changes which together, add a totally new feel to the game. Not only you'll have a stronger character in less time, but the challenge itself will make the game much more enjoyable. Please note that Diablo 2 Mods ARE NOT usable in Battle.NET. But you may use them playing via TCP/IP, and obviously, Single-player. :moddb: General changes CharStats.txt Higher stats (totalizing a sum of 100 stats per char, instead of 80/85) More HP (+60, instead of +30) Slightly more stamina, less stamina drain More mana regen (175 for Necro/Sor/Dru, 125 for the rest) Higher To Hit Bonus for a few characters Slower walk velocity (5, instead of 6), higher run velocity (varying from char to char) More specialized the gains per level (Melee classes get more Life, less Mana, etc) 7 Stat points per level Druid starts with a skill: Raven (on his Club) Zon already starts with a Bow...

There're still a long way to go, but the mod is playing nicely. I still have to test it a bit more, but it is playable as it is.

As your level will be almost the double at it would be in the "normal game", I've halved the amount of HP/Stamina/Mana you get per level, and you now just get 3 stat points per level.

It won't make much difference... so in my mod, a level 11 Character would have nearly the same amount of stat points as a level 6 character, but with much more skill points, also, without needing to spent skillpoints to follow skilltrees, and that's enough to make it more fun.

Thanks, expect a release soon.
