This is pretty much the only viable tool for undertale modding, I tried many others that I came across first, and the best outcome I could get is extracting data.win using quickbms, but I wasn't able to repack after modifications, so don't use quickbms. I've tried the others too, with similar lack of success i.e. Altar.NET, UndertaleTools, GMdsam.
Have to reiterate, this ISN'T my tool, was just hoping I could help point potential modders in the right direction earlier.
