As the name suggests, this is a small mod to address some quirks. I wanted to keep vanilla gameplay intact, the file size small and the fixes simple as possible. It is basically a more vanilla friendly version of my "A Mod" (stupid name by the way XD) modification which was released some months after the game arrived (back in 2002 or 2003, I can't remember anymore). I left some things as there are, e.g. the face expression of Max, the fact that the Beretta skin (Reck Miami Mod 92) is actually a blank gun or some balancing changes in comparison to the old mod.
Changes:
- realistic clip & ammo size for Beretta, Desert Eagle and Ingrams, Jackhammer
- reinserted death animations for enemies
- increased amount of decals (up to 16000 with max settings)
- decrease shootdodge penalty on bullet time (from 10% to 5 %)
- increased shootdodge height slightly (from 4.5 to 5)
- fixed low "Young Max" shootdodge height
- fixed Max shotgun death, now he isn't just "sliding" backwards
- decreased slowmotion multiplier for shotgun (from 0.2 to 0.1) for more "correctly" reloading animation
- fixed dual Berettas shoot animation (second bullet corrected)
- fixed dual Ingrams muzzleflash while shootdodge
- decreased Ingram burst from 4 to 3 to make it look "correct" (with adjusted frames)
- decreased dual Ingrams burst from 8 to 6 to make it look "correct" (with adjusted frames)
- tweaked Fugitive difficulty (not adaptive anymore)
- added level selector (mainly to get access to harder difficulty from the start since Fugitive mode is easier now)
