Full VersionAn update to the Tr-Angle lot mod. This version adds a pond with deck over it, and a 2 car garage.

An Improved version of my Tri-angle house it now has a large pond and a deck over the the pond and a place for a two car garage that the Nightlife owners can put in.
Have fun with it.
Needs Sims 2 Pets to play.
I'm not sure about credit I just used what came in the game so I guess EA and MAXIS.
Feel free to modify this house just give me proper credit
To install just extract the file named Tri-Angle 2.0 click it and follow the installation instructions.
