The first things we would like to show you are some various weapon related assets. Modelled by our very talented modeller TDUBDUB, we plan to show you some ingame shots of these assets shortly.

SG-4 Blaster Carbine

Someone wrote: The Merr-Sonn Munitions SG-4 blaster carbine was generally promoted as a security and police tactical response weapon. It served as a light duty weapon on some mobile planetary defense units also. Shortly before the formation of the actual Rebel Alliance, agents who would go on to become members of the Alliance posed as law enforcement officials and successfully purchased over 200,000 of these carbines. Some of these weapons were later used by Rebels, with others being scattered over several secret caches. One such cache, containing over 2,000 of these weapons, was discovered by Imperial Security Bureauagents shortly before the outbreak of anti-Imperial hostilities.

Weapon Scopes

The following weapons scopes were also created by TDUBDUB, and will be used on various rifles and carbines, like the SG-4 carbine above. Variants of these scopes will also be created, and the scopes will have varied zooming and tagetting capability, more information of which will be released at a later time.

Q2 Hold-Out Blaster

This small three shot pistol will be used for low profile assassinations and takedowns throughout the mod, and was created by TDUBDUB.

Someone wrote: Small enough to be concealed in the hand of a Human, the Q2 hold-out blaster was common among undercover agents and those beings wishing to use a low-profile weapon. Due to its size, many systems declared this pistol illegal, while others had its usage closely regulated. Other star systems tended view it as a "self-defense" alternative to the other, more powerful personal blasters.

Force Pike

This weapon is a long melee weapon, consisting of an electrically chared tip which can stun or kill enemies. This will be most commonly used by enemies although the player will be able to use it as an alternative to a lightsaber if desired. Modeled by Shadez, not textured yet.

Someone wrote: The tip of the pole was a vibro-edged head with a stun module that could knock a full-grown Wookiee unconscious using a concentrated nerve impulse similar to that featured in the stun setting of ablaster rifle. The impulse worked by overloading the central nervous system, effectively knocking the victim unconscious. When the vibro-edge was set to maximum it could rip through steel bulkheads and easily dismember most organic beings. The control settings and power generator were located at the pike's grip.

Abraxous Building

The following building was created by TDUBDUB. This will be enterable, and it will be a building of epic size and proportions, featured on Abraxous, our first planned level. These buildings are a status symbol among the competing mining corperations on Abraxous. Each corperation has many offices, and storage area, as well as reception areas which now are a shadow of their former glory after years in the harsh atmosphere. Larger corperations have their own full security force, complete with heavily armed personel and custom vehicles, all to enforce the tyranicall corperations' will. This particular building will be enterable by the player, and will probably be a main focus of combat at points in the level.

This building was based off of a painting by ~artbytheo on DeviantArt, and we hope to achieve an environment similar to that of the painting in Abraxous.

Thanks for the comments, and I wasn't aware of the short range, guess we'll have to make that true in our mod as well ;)
