What is Tides of War: Clone Wars? ToW: CW is a fan-built total conversion mod for Digital Anvil's Freelancer game that was released in 2002. When fans began to make mods for Freelancer, one of the many things people were keen on seeing was a Freelancer mod based on the Star Wars universe developed by George Lucas. While there are other Star Wars mods out there, none of have dedicated themselves to simulating the Clone Wars era.

It's an RP mod so you have to be assigned one, but yes the Venator is player flyable.
a typical action fleet consists of 3 venators and support craft, so maybe u could have rally points where fleets could be drawn up and such
