This mini-mod tripples the unit cap (the maximum number of units you can build during the game), and gives you additional builders and a commander unit on top of the standard HQ building. Updates will be done if there are any e-mails regarding any issues with this pack, as well as any glitches caused by new patches for Dawn of War. Note: The Army Painter preview is missing animations for most of the units, and the standard non-transfered Imperial Guard units cannot be painted. NOTICE: Direct download enabled! We aren't dead here. The host thought this site was totally dead, but then I had to show the number of hits generated to show them that actually this site isn't that inactive, at around 60 hits a day, not bad for a mini-mod. Now I have some assorted good news to say. First off, PC Gamer posted

We aren't dead here. The host thought this site was totally dead, but then I had to show the number of hits generated to show them that actually this site isn't that inactive, at around 60 hits a day, not bad for a mini-mod.

Now I have some assorted good news to say. First off, PC Gamer posted an article about Dawn of War mods, and this mini-mod was the only mini-mod displayed, and only one of three mods displayed!

See the website when it's up for the photos.

As you can see, although it's one sentence, it's one sentence I never thought I would ever get for a pet project. This mod started off as a pet project, just to get myself into modding. Seriously. But now that I know that PC Gamer and the world is watching, I really should get v1.20 out of the door.

By the way, PC Gamer (and everyone else), I have news for you. I have another full TC planned, based on my own personal sci-fi universe. The mod, codenamed Dow:EDF, is a battle of Earth counterattacking a group of aliens, who are mostly mind controlled by an unknown force. The mod will include six playable races and about five/six unplayable races, a single player campaign, new sounds (and hopefully new music!), and more! Two problems remain. One, I need to finish writing the backstory so people modding it have an idea on what to aim for. Secondly, I need modders! Thank you to those who have already applied. But now that I have more people watching, I want you people to help as well! The more, the better, and the faster it gets done. I am extremely flexable, so don't worry about your creativity being crushed (at least for the most part).

Thank you all for downloading my mod as of far. I am extremely impressed that my pet-project-gone-public has garnered this much attention, and I hope to release a new version of Total War in the near future. And sorry I've taken so long to make a post about things. Any comments or whatever, even to chat, contact me at thelegacy@gmail.com. And PC Gamer specifically, if you read this, your mag rocks! And I'm willing to interview about my mod if you wish. :P

One last note. For all of you with problems with the mod, I have no problem with you sending me problems. But to quash the most common problem, I'm posting it here. In order to play Dawn of War v1.15b or earlier, you need Dawn of War v1.01 or earlier. If you want to play v1.16b (note the number difference), download v1.10 or newer Dawn of War. In v1.10 Dawn of War, they changed how mods are structured, and because of this, mods made before the patch won't work without tweaking. V1.16b was created to overcome this glitch.
