So far so good. I've successfully finished the most crucial part of the trippling process. I understand that before I got confused over the buildlimits on some units. There is a Unit_Cap tag, and another tag, and apparently the second tag overrides the first. Now that I figured that out, the balancing for the four main races is complete. This means that:
- All forces have 3X the cap compared to normal. (Only 3X so that computers don't roll over and DIE. >_<)
- You can build three times more specialty units than normal.
- You can build three times more specialty structures than normal.
This means that all units and structures that have a buildlimit now have an increased build limit. Here is the official list.

One step done. A few more to go. I want to address all the bugs in this next patch. However, if it will take a long time, I will release v1.17b as an interm patch. Hopefully this will be done within the week. :)
