A quick modification I made to the vanilla Rebirth torch flame. I used DAIN (AI frame interpolation software) which enabled me to "create" additional frames so the animation can be played at 60 FPS instead of a measly 32. Note: you will have to have your game set to 60 FPS and nothing other than that in order for this mod to work. Enjoy!
