Titan Panel 2.09 Mod file

After using Titan Panel pretty much since it came out I have always wanted the ability to have 2 bars one at the top of my screen one at the bottom, so I decided to re-write Titan Panel to enable this feature. The Addon is self contained and REPLACES the original Titan Panel. It support all Titan Panel Addons that the original supports but will not support any Titan2 Addons (so far).
