This modified M24 Chaffee is dubbed “Scorpion” by the Middle East Liberation Army. Famous for being the primary tank of the Allied Forces before the arrival of the M1 Abrams from the United States, this tank serves as it did during the darkest days of World War 2 when it looked like all hope was lost for western Europe; engaging in hit and run attacks while avoiding direct confrontations against superior enemy armour.

This honestly doesn't make any sense to me. Why on earth the MELA would use a MASSIVELY outdated designed like the M-24? If you want to give them a little outdated design why not give them the Iranian Tosan ( En.wikipedia.org ) ( Military-today.com ) Light tank? Don't get me wrong it's a great model but I am frustrated of seeing Middle Eastern factions using foreign-made equipment in EVERY game. It's like they don't have any kind of military industry whatsoever.
haha.. well, sometimes people just want an excuse to see older and more well known tech being used XD. In this case, I've planned for MELA to use mostly World War 2 era weaponry, and in the context of the story that means those from Red Alert. The Chaffee is what I consider to be the Allied light tank.
