The war of the valar will bring to life the first, second, and early third ages of arda with new factions like the eldar, dunedain, khazad, and angband. New spell tree abilities will be added as well as an improved ai system, and a new hero system. The new hero system will only take place in the new skrimish trigger maps.The map will consist of 3 silmarils. Once these silmarils are brought to a maia of players that team (i.e. Sauron, gandalf, etc) they will be able to call forth an ainur such as manwe or melkor.

one of the powers should be called tears of nienna for 5 spell points it heals all types of units

I think I actually put that on the list, although I might have given it to the dunedain because they needed some healing, and it would still make sense ;)

I tink that the Spell Book could be:-

1st tier:-
1) Sight of the Two trees- Gives 60% Health back to all units on the field. Cost- 6 pp
2) The Noldorin Letters- All Elven units gain 1 rank and also all units and Heroes have their speed of experience gaining doubled. Duration-1:00. Cost- 6 pp
3) Work of the Noldor- All buildings within a large radius are repaired. Cost-5 pp

2nd tier:-
1) High King of the Noldor- To be applied to Fëanor, Fingolfin, Finrod Felagund, Finarfin, Turgon, Maedhros or Gil-galad gives them greater Damage, Defense and Speed their powers are stronger and dresses them in the robes of a High King. Cost- 9 pp
2) The Crossing of Helcaraxë- gives all Elven units and Heroes (except for Maedhros and Fëanor) on the whole map greater Damage, Defense, Speed and Fear Resistance and they recieve greater Leadership bonus from Finarfin and Fingolfin and their line but they lose all bonuses from Fëanor and his line, Fëanor and his line are damaged when near any other Hero. Duration-2:00 mins. Cost- 13 pp
3) The Elder Children of Illúvatar- (Passive) Grants all units and Heroes more Health. Cost- 11 pp
4) Woods of Doriath- Same use as Elven Green just double strong. Cost- 10 pp

3rd Tier:-
1) Words of Fëanor- All Elven units in a radius gain +100% Damage & Defence, +60% Speed and Fear Resistance for 1:30 mins but after this Duration they get -60% attack and defence and -20% speed but keep Fear Resistance, for 2:30 mins. Cost- 16 pp
2) The Union of The Quendi- (Passive) Allows player to recruit Doriath and Havens units and heroes (starting units and heroes are Noldor). 14 pp
3) Girdle of Melian- Buildings within a radius cannot be attacked, and when enemy units come near they are filled with fear and retreat. Duration-2:30 mins. Cost- 17 pp

4th Tier:-
1) The Alliance of the Edain- Summons a host of men along with heroes such as- Beor, Beren, Huor, Hurin, Tuor, Turin, Earendil, Elendil, Isildur, Anorien, Aragorn. Duration-2:00 mins. Cost- 25 pp
2) The Hosts of Valinor- Summons a huge army of Valinor consisting of Vanyar elves, elves from Alaquonde, Ents and the eagles of Manwe along with Eonwe, the five Istari, Olwe & Thorondor. Duration-1:30 mins. Cost- 25 pp

Meant to go with the Heroes list posted in the relevant thread so if you choose some other hero list then you might have to change this a bit.
