Knights of Anlec

Ever since Aenarion first drew that cursed blade from that cursed rock he belonged to that cursed god, but not only that, Khaine is a petty god. The followers of Aenarion were permanently corrupted merely by the mere presence of such an evil and potent tool of destruction. The tale of these men in particular is most tragic, these were the most noble and virtuous of Elves, these Elves once served in the court of the mightest, the fairest and most terrible of Phoenix kings to ever have lived. They still fight in the same manner, on pure-bred steeds, the finest of Nagrythe, long lances and fine keen swords. Their enemies crumble beneath the finely shod hooves of their steeds. Their once noble souls now are torn by a malicious hunger, a hunger they are soon to recognise when the blood of their kin pools beneath their feet.

As we explained earlier, the current Dark Elves in warhammer were from the former kingdom of Nagarythe, the most military cultured state of Ulthuan.
So yes, during the Sundering (civil war), they turned even more evil as the cult of Khaine (Elven God of Murder) spread through the rebellion against the Phoenix King.

Hmmmm...at this rate i might not mass one or two or three units in every army like in reg TW i always liked uniform in my armies cause of my OCD and its was easier to think of stratigies if you use the same armies :) )
