LOST: The Doomed Prince is an upcoming single player video game modification (using CryEngine 2) based on the ABC television series Lost. The player is cast as a new DHARMA recruit, a Vietnam War Veteran. Gameplay involves First Person Action and Adventure. For the 1st news post we, at Bandu Productions, would like to give you a very brief introduction to the project and to inform you of positions we are currently looking for to work with us on "The PURGE".

Bandu Productions is pleased to announce that we have a new project in the works, The PURGE. The PURGE willput you in the shoes of Fritz M Mckenna, an inhabitant of the Island during the years leading up to the purge.


The aim of this mod is to put you into an action packed, immersive gameplay experience,
set to an original, deep, LOST-esque storyline.
As you can imagine the details of the plot are being kept under wraps at this moment in time, but be sure to check back soon, we will be regularly updating the summary page and keeping you up to date with events and progress via new news posts.

It should be noted that if you wish to join "Bandu Productions" to work on "The PURGE", in any way, shape or form, you are encouraged to do so. The following positions are just the ones we are currently actively seeking:

Modelers required

Bandu Productions is looking to take on several new modelers to work on "The PURGE". We're willing to take people of all levels, however it is preferable that you have a high level of skill in this field.

Knowledge and ability to UV-unwrap, normal map and texture your own models is preferable, tho not essential.

Whilst the priority, at this stage, is the creation of the weapons and vehicles of "The PURGE", we are still very much interested in receiving applicants from environmental / prop / character etc modellers aswell.

Bandu Productions is looking to take on several new texture artists to work on "The PURGE". We're willing to take people of all levels, however it is preferable that you have a high level of skill in this field.

Bandu Productions is looking to take on several new coders to work on "The PURGE". We're willing to take people of all levels, however it is preferable that you have a high level of skill in this field.

Whilst the priority at the stage is to get someone in to create realistic acting,well balanced weapons and the creation of the smoke monster - and its effects on the environment etc -, we encourage anyone who wishes to code, in any way shape or form, to apply.

Weapons Technical Adviser/s required.


Bandu Productions is looking to take on a Weapons advisor/s to work on "The PURGE".

Your job would be to ensure all weapons act and perform as they do in reality. Due to the timeframe of the mod only weapons pre-1992 will be used. You will need a good understanding of, preferably experience in using, such weapons,

Freelancers required


Bandu Productions is looking to work alongside several freelancers to contribute to "The PURGE".

Are you too busy to join a mod on a full time basis? Well, we still want to hear from you. Whether you are a modeler, texturer, sound effects designer, coder, scripter, etc etc etc you can still contribute by offering your services whenever you have the time, without the fear of being asked to keep in constant contact.
