The talented DPh Kraken has recently released a full weapons pack addon for Garrysmod, that takes each Weapon & Tool, From PTSD 1, PTSD 2, and PTCS, while giving each a proper use, finally! (As the PTSD mods were never really able to deliver in that regard, sorry!)
It also includes some of the npcs, and a few extras too! It is really well put together and fun, so if you are looking for some unique, goofy and functioning weapons and things for Gmod, you should check out the addon here: Steamcommunity.com

Also one last thing: Its hard to imagine, but PTSD 2 is nearing almost 3 years old now, and PTSD 1 almost 5 year anniversary... wow.
It has been quite a fun journey, and I look forward to continue to make more things with time! While maybe not PTSD mod anymore, I am always working, or planning on new projects, be it in source, or vrchat, or other, such as making my very own game!
However, I still like to think the story of PTSD guy is not quite over yet, and still has some more ground to cover... though maybe it would not be called PTSD mod anymore, it would be in the same universe, and remains to be seen.

P.S. PTSD Mod 0 is still WIP, but there are no updates since 2019, as of July 2022.
PTSD 0 is developed by Clockface, and so far, seems to have been put on hold indefinitely, until further notice. I would say it is unlikely it will release, though who knows what the future will hold.
