I have released a demo for act 3 of The Messy Neighbor! And only read this if you want spoilers for the demo level. + final version.
NEW MACANICS:
Teleporters! A new addition that are quite random, they are commonly placed in front of big clocks and are used as teleporters. They are just the Lost and Found detection thing.
The Bank! Based off of Hello Neighbor Hide and Seek, the bank is a place with an interesting macanic, Get bag of money and put inside money locker, but that is a challenge! You have to find the money, Get it into the bank without being locked out. (it closes if the player has money or the gun) And then you have to put it into the locker and reactivate the bank.
Playtime! The worst new thing is your worst enemy from Baldi's Basics! PLAYTIME. Acts like the school mannequin! But confined to one room. (with a key...)
Big Toaster! From HN just a huge toaster! wonder where you have to go....?
This is the house, The room gutting off is playtime's room. The attic is accessible. and uhh ladder into a window!
The Living Room, Its blocked, but you can enter through the ceiling then open it up! Hey why is there in the floor?!
This is playtime's room! She is stuck in here but is leathal! because you enter through a vent.
