What, you mean the Mako? That's just there for size comparison, but yes, it's a more-or-less finished model - the texture still needs a ton of work, though. :p

Most likely probably not, especially considering the fact that a custom walker has only really been successfully created like, once in modding history, so the process of creating them is really pretty undocumented.
