Purge Troopers, as far as I know they are a Dark Trooper variant in Legends, equipped with a shoulder mounted missile with three tubes and a vibro weapon. An they were droids.
idk if you've been reading up on canon lore or not, but the Purge Troopers in Canon are completely different than they are in Legends, there are two types, one is the one in the image, and one is in a different video game, this trooper in the image are meant to search and kill surviving jedi, and the other is to have rebelling systems and rebels themselves Obey Imperial Law after the Destruction of the second death star
