  1. The number of quick-slots, artifact slots, and harness size now depend on the suit and its upgrade level. Technicians will be able to unlock the slots. When changing suits, the available quick-slots content will stay.
  2. Psy-damage by phantoms now depends on the their source tier.
  3. Saving the game takes away experience points, encouraging the player to save less often. Tests have shown that a skilled player can easily compensate this penalty with the Active Save System (a progressive x1.25 and x1.5 bonus XP scale).
  4. Commands in the UI to quickly select the desired ammo type when reloading.



  5. Added "wounded" and "self-healing" behavior schemes, animations and replicas were added for NPCs when successfully and unsuccessfully looting corpses.
  6. Several rifles have been added (a four-shot TOZ-106 and a sawn-off Mosin rifle). Adapted reload animations for them. Added a realistic reload wiggle for many weapons. Many animations have been improved, but there is still a lot of work to be done.



  7. Work to fix the artifacts spawning after a Surge chance is underway. Probably adjustments will be necessary to reduce the chances for an artifact that appeared the last (and even the one before last) time. It is important to vary spawn for high game difficulty.
  8. Implemented an armor parameter for some mutants (previously they only had hit points, no armor). Hunting them will require armor-piercing rounds.



  9. Added "aerosol": it will be used with its own animation in parallel with administrating booster drugs to reduce damaging anomalous effects on the suit (chemical, thermal, electrical).



  10. A huge ordered sound pack of phrases and music has been created, the most complete at the moment in all stalker modding (past article).
  11. A "death counter" has been programmed. It was originally conceived as part of an achievement for player's deaths number, however, it is often not difficult to bypass it, causing a save game to be loaded in a hopeless situation, so the advisability of adding it is still in question.
  12. Probably, repair kits will now differ in efficiency and price in different tiers.

Well this is gonna a lot interesting with new features... I usually save game often, but with feature 3. saving the game often is not going to help anymore. Need to take extra caution when exploring!
