*UPDATE: This mod has been put on hold. Its development may or may not be continued later.* This mod adds West Virginia as a country into Hearts of Iron 4. While the mod is playable, it's still quite bland, as the focus tree doesn't do anything yet. NOTE: The mod just went through a major revamp. Due to the big change, a new focus tree will be needed, which is being worked on now.
Description
Just another release, this time for 1.7 Hydra, since it was still in 1.6 before. I fixed a few issues (like Maryland's flag) and I'm still working on fixing them all. Let me know if there's any bugs.
