Okay, backed by popular demand, here is how to install the mod.
Step 1:
Download and extract the files.
Step 2:
Find your games Data folder. By default, it is located at: "C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2"
Step 3:
Take all the downloaded files (not the Data folder, but everything in it) and place it in your own Data folder
Step 4:
Copy and paste a shortcut icon of Homeworld 2. Then right-click it and in the "Target" area, at the end, put "-overrideBigFile" (without the quotes). The whole tihng should look like this:
"C:\Program Files\Sierra\Homeworld2\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe" -overrideBigFileStep 5:
If you have done all of this correctly, just click on the shortcut you just made to run the mod.
Note: Only this shortcut, or all others like this, will run the mod.
