In this modification for Rome: Total War, the whole world will be open to you and your historically accurate (and occasionally historically extrapolated) armies. Play as one of twenty-one of the world's greatest civilisations, from the Inca in the Americas to the Romans in Europe, and the Indians, Chinese and Japanese in the East. But you will not simply control these forces in a technologically static campaign, you will guide them through the Iron Age, to the Gunpowder Age and into the Industrial revolution. Here's a very early and rough mock-up of the website's main page (you'll need to link to it to see it properly I'm afraid):

When its finished the site will have all the information you could want: religions, faction histories, regional terrain, climate and resources information as well as information on the team itself.

We have another concept from Bishop Six for some Mesoamerican muskets:
